Flower Return Policy:

Due to the perishable and natural nature of flowers, we do not accept returns or exchanges after delivery, except in the following cases:

- The wrong product was delivered or it was significantly different from the description.  

- The flowers arrived clearly damaged or unusable.  

- The order was not delivered on the scheduled date without prior notice or valid reason.

In such cases, please contact us within 12 hours of receiving your order and include photos showing the issue so we can resolve it promptly.
